Private Treaty Horse Sale

We are offering a unique marketing opportunity to the equine community. This is a Private Treaty Sale where owners set their prices and deal directly with prospective buyers. Our goal is to provide a quality venue in which to showcase the sale horses and by compiling a number of horses in one location, on one weekend, it provides coaches and trainers with the ideal opportunity to bring their clients for the weekend to view and try out horses. We will have vets available for pre-purchases, camping on site (must pre-book at a cost of $15.00 per night), concessions; all set up to make this an economical and fun way to look for your next mount!

For breeders we have a Stallion Showcase with the opportunity to view some of the outstanding stallions in our area.

Realistically, this is the BEST advertising rate you will get anywhere!

What you get:

2 Months+ Web advertising with unlimited photos, full length video, extensive Internet campaign, and print ads advertising the Showcase with Web Link . Posters will be distributed throughout the Horse Community in numerous towns thru the province. PLUS you have the opportunity to substitute horses in the event of sale, injury or illness AND the opportunity to 'sell' your space if you can not use it.

On top of all that we are providing a quality facility PLUS the potential buyers to hopefully culminate in potential sales & extensive networking opportunity for future sales. All this is available with 2 options to suit your budget!

This does not include submissions to On-Line Web Advertising which puts your horse out there to a North American wide market! Nor does it include posters in various locations to catch people's attention that may not be 'shopping' on the Internet.

Proposed Format: Owners/trainers will be able to bring their horses out & show prospective customers, there will be a ring available for riding both Saturday and Sunday.

All persons riding or handling horses will be required to register and sign the necessary Forms (links below) . This assures the horse owner that the necessary waivers and Horse Council Memberships have been approved.

This is a great opportunity for horse owners to promote their farms and breeding programs as well. You can set up a display in the barn area with posters, business cards, flyers, DVD's, even bring a DVD player with footage of sale horses at home! The networking and contacts made here will help promote your horses in months to come!
