This agreement is between _____________________________ (Stallion Owner/Agent) and the Organizing Committee of the Okanagan Breeders Group Showcase (known as OKBG).
_________________________________ (Stallion Owner) agrees to pay the Listing Fees. This year we are offering 2 options:
OPTION 1 $85.00 this includes stabling $50.00 and $35.00 for Website Mention
Early Bird Fee if booked before April 15
$60.00 this includes stabling $50.00 and $10.00 for Website Mention
OPTION 2 $125.00 this includes stabling $50.00 plus $75.00 for full page ad on the website with supplied pictures & video, farm mention and owner contact information. Ad stays up for a full year

Application will not be processed until fees are paid in full. In the event that the consigned stallion (s) is not fit or able to be shown prior to the Showcase, substitutions will be accepted. In the event the owner does not have another horse, it is acceptable to 'sell' the Paid for spot to another Horse Owner. Every effort will be made to make changes to the advertising at the time. No refunds will be given due to the nature of the Showcase.
Stallion Owner agrees that they are the Sole & Lawful Owner/Agent of the said horse and take full responsibility for the information as given, current registration status and all other negotiations with the prospective breeders.
Stallion Owner agrees that to the best of their knowledge the above horse is currently in good health and sound for the intended use. All horses will be examined by designated Committee Member upon arrival to ensure there is no apparent health issues that could pose a risk to other horses attending the Showcase. In the event of evidence of possible contagious disease, horse will be denied entrance. Horse Owner agrees to comply with Committee Decision.
Stallion Owner agrees to take full responsibility for the handling and care of their horse(s) at all times while on the grounds. This includes responsibility for all persons they have designated to handle their stallion.
Stallion Owner and designated representatives agree to conduct themselves in a professional manner. Management reserves the right to refuse entry to any person who does not comply with the conditions set out.
HANDLERS MUST be over the age of 18. OKBG Committee has the absolute right to determine situation conditions and to subsequently refuse entry if safety or other issues are of a concern. This includes stallions that pose a risk to the safety of others.
Stallion Owner agrees that ALL responsibility in information given and any discussion around their horse(s) is totally their responsibility. OKBG is in no way responsible for any part in Negotiations or Discussions between Stallion Owner and Prospective Breeders.
Stallion Owner and all others handling or riding horses on the grounds must be a current Horse Council BC Member and have signed a Waiver.
OKBG is not responsible for any errors or misunderstandings between Stallion Owners and Prospective Breeders. All representations and guarantees are between Stallion Owner & Prospective Breeder.
Fees and fully completed Listing Forms (Contract, Waiver, Horse Information) are due prior to horse (s) being listed and advertised.
