2012 Stallion Showcase & Equine Affair Something For Everyone! May 12 & 13, 2012 Mark your calendars for a full weekend of fun, education & trade! The Okanagan Breeders Group is pleased to announce we will be hosting a Clinic with Judy Wardrope as part of our weekend events. Judy is a nationally recognized expert in the field of Conformation Evaluation & how it relates to a horse's ability to perform. New for this year is a Versatility Ranch Horse Competition, one of the fastest growing segments of Western Riding competitions in the world. Why? Because it is FUN and it invites riders of any skill level to come out and play Cowboy with a chance at winning! Imagine being able to see and watch stallions you have only seen in advertisements! We have had a tremendous response for the last 3 years and again plan to showcase stallions and offspring of area breeders! So watch this site as the ads go up! For stallion owners interested in participating, fees and info are listed Stallion Showcase We offer a unique array of Trade Fair Exhibitors offering a full line of products and services for the equine enthusiast. Space is limited so please book early if you would like to participate. Trade Fair We are putting together a full line up of Demonstrations and Lectures geared toward all aspects of the Equine Industry! Something for every interest level!
And again there will be a Consignment Tack Sale, hosted by Armstrong Enderby Riding Club. Saturday and Sunday from 10:00 til 2:00. Consignment tack can be dropped off near barns on Friday May 11 between 4:00 and 7:00 p.m.
We are pleased to also include for 2012 a Saturday Evening Gala! Starting at 6:00 we have an evening of fun & entertainment. Admission is free & everyone is welcome to attend!
